OF COURSE -- Adsense is a product of Google and Google is a legitimate and very well known company. It is not a fly-by-night operation.
I have been with Adsense since June 2003, and there has NEVER been a problem save for a slight delay in November 2003, which never happened again. For the month of October for example, you'll get your payment before November ends. Within 30 days after the end of the month, Google Adsense sends you their payment.
