Question about Google adsense?
Question: I tried this morning to log into my account and it didn't work! It says something like temporarily not available... Now it works again, but my "Page CTR" is 1.77% and I always had more than 5%. If I would have had just a few visitors it might be possible, but I had a lot. Question is if the service is temporarily not available does it mean I also don't get payments for the clicks on my advertisement?

Well that depends if google is having problems, if your ads show up then yes it will record, if their server is down your ad won't show, it will display an error in place of it, therefore it will not work. Most likely they are just updating their account management system.
CTR is click through rate . even if you have lot of visitor , might not mean all of them click on the ads . And also Google from time to time , based on their internal calculations often cut down several clicks as fraudulent . thats their call .
But as regards your question , the Report View which you see and the actual ads being shown are probably on different servers , so they are NOT related in any way . :)
